NailedTheSeason specializes in 3D-printed products, accessories, collectibles, keychains, organizers, bags, seasonal items, and other handmade or made-to-order creations.

Because our products are individually 3D printed and may be assembled or finished by hand, minor variations between products are normal.

These may include slight differences in:

• Color or shade

• Texture

• Layer lines

• Surface finish

• Seams

• Placement of small details

• Dimensions

• Appearance compared with product photographs

Minor characteristics resulting from the normal 3D-printing or handmade production process are not considered defects.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, dimensions, descriptions, and photographs as accurately as possible.

However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, photography, and filament batches.

Product dimensions are approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, measurements, options, colors, and other details before completing a purchase.

3. Detachable & Puzzle-Style Products

Some NailedTheSeason products contain removable, detachable, interchangeable, or puzzle-style components. These features are intentional parts of the product design.

Customers should handle these components carefully.

NailedTheSeason is not responsible for damage caused by improper assembly, excessive force, dropping, bending, misuse, modification, exposure to excessive heat, or failure to follow reasonable care instructions.

4. Small Parts & Safety

Some products may contain small or detachable pieces that could present a choking hazard.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, our products are not intended as toys for young children.

Keep small parts away from babies, toddlers, pets, and anyone who may place them in their mouth.

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and providing proper supervision when necessary.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

• Inventory or production issues

• Shipping restrictions

• Technical errors

• Orders we are unable to reasonably fulfill

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Many NailedTheSeason products may be produced after an order is placed.

Custom, personalized, special-color, or specially requested products may begin production shortly after the order is submitted.

Once production has started, these orders may not be changed or canceled.

Custom and personalized products are generally final sale except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

7. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct accidental pricing, description, or promotional errors.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated or displayed during checkout when required.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

NailedTheSeason is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged orders, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original NailedTheSeason branding, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, website content, logos, and original creative materials are owned by or licensed to NailedTheSeason.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially use our protected website content or branding without permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer intellectual-property rights in the product, artwork, digital files, photographs, branding, or associated content.

11. Customer Content & Custom Requests

If you provide text, names, images, designs, instructions, or other materials for a custom order, you represent that you have the necessary permission or rights to use those materials.

You agree not to request products that unlawfully infringe another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.

We reserve the right to refuse custom requests that we believe may violate applicable law or third-party rights.

You agree not to use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not intentionally interfere with the operation or security of our website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse our services.
